Vesta’s connected switches use the Tuya / Smart Life platform. Follow the app and pairing instructions supplied with your selected model.
Will my existing switchboards work?
Your electrician needs to check the box dimensions, wiring and connected loads. Share your board requirements with Vesta so the final model and fit can be confirmed before you order.
Can I choose my own colours and finishes?
Discuss black, white, beige, grey or mahogany, as well as wood, marble, fabric or custom-print directions. Final material, finish samples and availability are confirmed for your order.
Does Vesta carry out the installation?
Installation is carried out by your existing qualified electrician. Vesta provides product and installation guidance to help them with the selected controls.
Can I use voice control, schedules or scenes?
Smart Life offers voice integrations, scenes and scheduling for supported devices. Confirm the functions offered by your chosen Vesta model and any connected equipment during your demo.
What happens when the internet is unavailable?
Remote app access and cloud-based voice features need connectivity. Local operation, stored schedules and behaviour after a power cut vary by model; ask us to demonstrate these on the controls you choose.
How does the 7-year coverage work?
Vesta provides a 1-year guarantee followed by a 6-year warranty: seven years of coverage in total. Your purchase’s written terms explain the applicable replacement or service provisions and exclusions. Keep your invoice for registration and support.
How do I get an accurate quotation?
Share your city, project stage, board quantities, control requirements and finish preferences. The board planner helps organise this brief; the final layout and prices are confirmed separately by Vesta.
